Eat these foods regularly to calm your anxiety

- Seeds especially pumpkin seeds can reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety.
- Dark Chocolate contains magnesium which can reduce depression.
- Turmeric contains curcumin which can help lower anxiety by reducing inflammation.
- Chamomile tea can help in the successful management of anxiety as it has anti-anxiety properties.
- Yogurt (my personal fave!) with its helpful bacteria has a positive effect on brain health and can increase happiness!
