Eat these foods regularly to calm your anxiety

  1. Omega rich foods like oily fish including mackerel, sardines, salmon, trout and herring calm anxiety. If you are veggie or vegan then have flax seeds instead.

  2. Seeds especially pumpkin seeds can reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety.

  3. Dark Chocolate contains magnesium which can reduce depression.

  4. Turmeric contains curcumin which can help lower anxiety by reducing inflammation.

  5. Chamomile tea can help in the successful management of anxiety as it has anti-anxiety properties.

  6. Yogurt (my personal fave!) with its helpful bacteria has a positive effect on brain health and can increase happiness!
