Ensure you have a peaceful and quiet bedtime routine, no screens for at least an hour (leave the devices in another room) perhaps a warm drink or bath and a book to read for a few minutes.
Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, preferably in season and preferably British for better nutrition and to support your local economy.
10 minutes of exercise is better than no exercise, whether it’s yoga in the living room, skipping in the garden or a run / walk / jog down the road – enjoy it and do it every day!
We are all creatives and this is a good time to let it shine. Plant something in the garden or window box? Make a delicious meal or cake? Paint or sketch? Write a book or poem the possibilities are endless…
