On my own Anxiety journey I have learned a few simple things that can make a big difference to how you feel and I want to share them with you.

- Plenty of water

- Reading books
- Meditation
Homeopathy is fantastic at addressing the underlying health problems, but I have learned that simple routines can make a big difference to how you feel.
Everyday please spend some guilt free time relaxing not worrying that you ‘should’ be always busy. A busy mind can lead to unbalance in you. I purposefully still myself at moments through the day. I treat myself as I like to treat others with compassion and kindness.
By following these simple steps, which I call my cornerstones of good health, you can have a more peaceful, and balanced life.
