The power of thought is also vital to good health. What is your inner voice like? Is it negative or unkind? If so fix it. Your inner voice should be kind and nurturing, like when you talk to a dear friend, it should not be the voice of a scolding teacher.
Lockdown has forced us to slow down, which is exactly what many of us needed (me included). As autumn rolls in and summer ends don’t fall into the same old trap of over-extending and draining yourself. Over the next few weeks when an opportunity presents itself ask yourself will this energise me or drain me? If its the latter then think carefully, your energy is your profound resource, spend it wisely to find your peaceful side.
