Your mind should be your safe space
- Not many people enjoy the company of negative people, right? So be aware of the chatter in your head.
- By being more aware you can start to weed out negativity. This is a really important part of your healing process and will help empower you.
- A little bit of negativity is probably manageable. But if you are subjecting yourself to a daily onslaught of a negative conscious stream of thought you could be damaging your outlook and your mood.

Be careful of your thoughts, for your thoughts become words.
Be careful of your words, for your words become your actions.
Be careful of your actions, for your actions become your habits.
Be careful of your habits, for your habits become your character.
Be careful of your character, for your character becomes your destiny.
