Here we go again, lockdown time! Sometimes we just have to go with the flow.
In this lockdown what are you going to do differently? A creative outlet can be a great solution. Arts, crafts, writing, cooking, making and doing help keep our hands busy and our minds calm.
In the last lockdown I made list to help keep the routine, because routine you can create peace. Here is that list again to help you through the next few weeks
Sleep – ensure you have a peaceful and quiet bedtime routine, no screens for at least an hour (leave the devices in another room) perhaps a warm drink or bath and a book to read for a few minutes.
Nourish – plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, preferably in season and preferably British for better nutrition and to support your local economy
Exercise – 10 minutes of exercise is better than no exercise, whether it’s yoga in the living room, dancing in the kitchen or skipping in the garden or a run / walk / jog down the road – enjoy it and do it every day!
